Galing ng Student namin

How funny how time flies so fast. I can still remember when I was in grade four I will wait for my dad to come home from pamamasada ng jeep and when we are having breakfast I would ask him to help me with my homework. That was 18 years ago…

Today my tatay and I had our first chat ever! Yup we were chatting via ym. They hired a tutor for him to teach him on how to use emails and to eventually chat. His first session lasted for two hours then they needed to take a break because he is having a headache already maybe because of information overload…

I received a message from him telling me about his email address and if i can check my mailbox and wola his email was there… and i was just replying to him about learning to chat as well when i received a request to add a buddy on my ym and there he is again… hahahahhahaha….

we talked for at least an hour but i think it takes him almost 5 minutes to reply on my messages. all of these are new to him and the only reason why he is doing this is because he wants to get in touch with my sister and i at the easiest possible way for us.

Mama arrived a few minutes after and she too was hooked up on the new technology. My dad was typing and she was dictating on what to write =) amuzing! They told me they will try to learn more each day. And my mom will try it too she said. I know it will be peanuts for her just like the way she learned how to sms…

Can’t wait to talk to you again guys… Miss yah!

I had an 18 great days vacation in the Philippines. I remember tatay commenting that he doesn’t seem to see me tired and one time I yawned, he said "finally napagod ka din."

The truth is if I can only not shut my eyes even for a second I won’t. I want to be with them on every possible moment. We’ve been everywhere and done almost everything. I’ve spend all possible time with my parents, my siblings, my pamangkins and of course my archie.

Highlights of my trip:
1. 12 adults and 4 kids in CRV from Tagaytay to Subic
Yes that’s something to beat! Tagaytay was nice, Subic was great but the experience inside the crv was the best. Teasing, laughing, crying of the kids… Everything. I’m not sure if it will be possible that we will all be together in one crv again. I miss you guys, so much.

2. Back in my room and back to my old routines
a. Bought a nice pair of running shoes and woke up tatay at 6:30 am so we can do our walking in the basketball court. We used to do it together at the parking area of enchanted kingdom but now that we moved, we have to do it somewhere near our new place.
b. Sinangag in the morning… Yup with sardinas, yummy!
c. Waking up late, asking mother anong ulam?
d. Kuwentuhan with father and mother at syempre ako bida sa kwento.
e. Watching movies with father, mother and archie… syempre patayan dapat kasi un gusto ni mother or else makakatulog sya.
f. Yahoo, mother takes care of my clothes. I just have to shout "mother asan ang ganito ko, ang ganire ko…" miss you ma!
g. Lorenzo was there, the dog that archie gave me. He still recognizes me and my dad say he never been so receptive like that to anybody, syempre aso ko yan eh.

3. Eat out on almost every meal
This is for mother, lagi kasi reklamo na ayaw siyang ilibre ni tatay. I guess she was very pleased coz she seldom needs to cook when I was there.

4. Batangas Trip
Tatay loves the beach and no other place to be on his bday but the beach. Too bad it will be very expensive to fly all of us to Boracay so we have to choose a cheaper option which is travel by land and the nearest is Batangas….

Finally ate Baby was able to join us already. It was fun, great time and memorable memonts with my family. Too bad ate teresa, kuya benjie and the chikitings already left for the states. Wala tuloy kajamming si vincent.

5. Meet up with friends
Pinky, Cynthia, Seth, Chard, Chona, Chelle, Weng, JIng, Cecile and si pareng Xtian with the mocha girls heheheheh. I missed Rom, Lala, Cleng and Che Anne. It was nice catching up with you guys, too bad our time was short. I will see you soon and promise to keep in touch.

I’ve done a lot of things, been to a lot of places but that wasn’t the significant ones for me. The simple pleasure of just being with the people that I deeply missed was reason enough for my vacation to be truly worth it. I will see you all in December 2008.
